I have specialized in working with trauma and the effects of trauma for over 30 years. I fundamentally believe in hope, joy, and the innate ability of the mind, the body, and the spirit to heal. I like to see myself as a support and resource in your healing process. I will move with you through past experiences, but we won’t get stuck there! We’ll work on mastering your present situation so you can move confidently into your future with a deeper awareness of yourself and understanding of your choices. You have a full life to live and a wealth of wisdom to share!
